Yu have 2 very good looking 3 bar Indos.

What you say may be possible as courting behaviour. It's quite possible, but I would say due to the size difference, they are just displaying and jostling(not aggressively) for territory.
My tigers do that alot of the time. When u have a group it quite common for the to circle one another at all odd angles.
