My largest senegal's anal fin has recently turned completely sideways. I can see a small cupped area where he could catch and fertilize egss so I figure its not a health issue.
My question is this, will his fin be that all the time or is it something that will only come up when he wants to breed? Or am I wrong and this is a sign of something awful?

Awesome. So he's sexually mature and conditions are right for him to feel amorous. Hopefully one the other two in the tank is a female and I'll be passing out cigars soon.
