covicts and firemouths

i am looking to breed convicts so today i picked up 4 females but couldnt find any male anywhere. i know you can cross breed cichlids so i was wondering if you could cross breed firemouths with them. i have 2 males in the tank rite now.

thank you for the info. im not selling them im goin to use them for feeders for my oscars and also to just have and watch the prosess over and over again

I do that with my convicts. It's awesome to watch them breed and care for the young and when they get big enough my oscar loves them.
