COWFISH

anybody have past experiance with a longhorn cowfish "nuking" the aquaria?

I just got one two weeks ago and it runs the tank. It grabbed right ahold of my 5" JAG yesterday and i thought it was never gonna let go! it also picks on my 6" oscars. It hasnt killed anything....yet! choose tankmates wisely!!

Cow fish is nice too keep with fish or slow moving fish together.
with coral I don't know it.

I've seen people do it...

But never seen a Cow nuke a tank

Wow, i'd be compleatly MAD at someone who threw a SW fish into a FW tank!!!

I haven't heard of nuking for a while, but in dept research by me shows that some have nuked, but are VERY rare. BTW check out my cowfish report called my crazy report in the general aquaria section

an aquaintance of mine was misdirected by an LFS a few years ago. Had a cowfish in a tank with a snowflake eel. The cowfish "nuked" the tank killing everything, leaching into everything, and it ended up costing quite a bit of money to get the tank in shape to run again.
