Cowry Snails? anyone?

I did a mistake today! buying a tiger cowry snail outta impulse! I usually don't do that but I love the shells of these guys; and hence this post...

I did/have been doing research on cowrys for the past few hours and all I could find was that they are not "completely" reef safe...

any one of my fellow MFKer has had experience with these guys? please enlighten me...

yeah dude I'm from the bay area...But I don't know if they are reef safe or not...

What a rare find. They are even hard to find in Hawaii.

yeah I know...I read it before I posted this thread...I was still wondering if any of my fellow MFKer has had a "good reef" experience with these guys. I would keep him. They look so freakin awesome thats y!

i used to have one when i had a 55 gallon sw. Very active scavengers, didnt have any coral in the tank, so dont know.

so far so good! my snail hasn't eaten any zoos nor has it eaten any anemones! I'm just keeping my fingers crossed!
