i am looking to set up a tank in my restaurant and keep specifically edible crabs like cancer pagurus.
i am open to suggestions on an alternative, bread, but understand this is the widely used white crab that is used.
my main questions are:
- Is this possible?
- What size tank and setup for say 2-3 of this would be required?
- Can i keep anything else in the tank with them?
i do have experience with marine tanks and freshwater tanks, but please treat me like a complete beginner, as it has been 2-3 years since my last marine tank.
Any help would be much appreciated.
