Crabs for fahaka?

Does anyone know what type of crabs you can put with a fahaka puffer? Also I live on the cost and could catch the little bastards by the bucket. I realize there are parasite concerns does anyone know of a safe way to do this?

This is for live food of course.

You're always taking a chance with live foods that aren't raised parasite-free on a farm. I would suggest FW crabs for a FW fish.

^^^ I agree ----- or set up a salt tank and quarintine them with some parasite meds for a few weeks before you feed.

Yah I am not a big fan of adding anything to my show tank that could cause parasites , so live crabs from the ocean are out. But I was wondering if anyone feeds human grade crab legs to their fahaka, I was thinking like snow crab or something frozen. What kind of frozed food does eveyone feed their puffer? I would perfer to have him only feed on forzen food I guess because live will become a pain buying it and or raising it yourself. Any thoughts?
