is there any crab species i can put with cichlids? I think lake malawi has blue crabs. ? where to buy? hard to get?

I've seen 'em for sale, but they're expensive. I myself always had N.A. crayfish amd Aussie/Indo "lobsters" in with my cichlids.
One of my favorite stores had crabs that were said to be from Tanganyika and they were a little expensive.I thought that due to their price,they would be there for a while and could come back for them in week or so.I came back for them but someone had already beat me to them and the store has'nt brought in anymore since then.SimonL;3525934; said:
We got some of the blue lake malawi crabs in at work wild caught a few weeks back, nice little inverts. They were priced around £20-25ea but sold pretty much all of them rather quickly.
I'm not sure but most crabs are scavengers.I would hope that they would not pick nwith the fish while they are sleeping at night.ericifish;3528026; said:
I heard of the blue crabs. I am going to ask my lps about them. I think they would look really cool in my malawi tank. My fiance has a blue crawfish, I don't see anything great about them.
