Yesterday when I was cleaning my filtr I did break it i have used pcv cement to fix it i have very strong connection but I'm worried it might leak and flood my house what do you think is safe to use or get new one . Filtr is running in my garage for now. And is not leaking for now.

I wouldn't risk it. Flood caused by draining tank which leads to DEATH?. Sorry

That's my main concern joint is really strong but question is how long it will last when I'm gluing pcv pips it is impossible to brake connection .

I agree there is a risk of the repair failing, but not necessarily.
However, if it were me, I would not toss it or consider it a complete goner. You can use as a spare, or in a less risky place (basement or such), with the filter placed within a plastic pan.
In addition, I would attach an additional piece of plastic (on the outside) to give the edge-to-edge join repair additional support.
From what I see, the break did not occur in a place that is generally subjected to particular strong stress force. Just my (humble) opinion.
Good luck!

Get a new canister. I would personally put the fixed canister inside a 55g brute next to the tank temporarily until you get the new canister if that was your only filter on the tank. If you have another canister or filter on the tank, I would just place all the media of the fixed canister in the tank.
