alright ive got a 75gal that is chipped right on the corner halfway up, not water tight, do you guys think its worth it to repair and if so how much would that cost?

I wouldnt bother... with a big chip out of it ...but...I am no expert..

Hello; No idea if it is worth it but this is the sort of thing I try to fix just to see if i can. From the description of being a chip and not a linear crack it might be possible to fashion a patch on the affected area to make it water tight. I have done such patches with success and a few faliures. The patch may well be unsightly even if it were to work. Perhaps others can give information if you wish to replace the glass panel.
An ugly large tank that does not leak is often handy to have around.
Good luck

There's always a higher risk of it to give way. If it's in a basement, give it a try. Anywhere else, I will just let it go and get a new one.
