LOL hes selling a 5gallon tank as a 50gal tank for 450$! No stand either! and says he spent over $1,000 on it. Look at the hob filter on the pics huge giveaway! That looks like aquaclears smallest model.

Obviously a 50 there is no way you could fit all of that in a 50 gallon

I have that exact siphon its really small. I can and do fit it on top of my 10gal without hanging over.

Defenitely bigger then a 5 gallon The filter is an AC50 just look at the box. I would bet on it being a 24" tank which is the 28 gallon model.


BTW with craigslist ads they often are quickly deleted, when this happens it makes the thread worthless. So best to post the ad/pictures within the thread

If you calculate the length of the tank with the magnetic scrubber's length you will get a length of about 24" for the tank. The magnetic scrubber is 3.5" long which is the same one I have in my tank. So the tank is bigger than a 5 gallons but also less than a 50 gallon. But I have to say good luck to the seller for trying to get most of his money back. It's not going to happen. I think someone may pay him at most $100 for it especially if it is on Craigslist.
