crane fly

is it ok if the fish eat crane fly (flying daddy long leg) as i have just seen 2 land in my tank while the lids off and my smallest polleni had one and jag had the other very cool but i was worrying if they could harm the fish stomach etc

I have been feeding crane flys (skeeter eaters) to cichlids for years. I have never had a problem. I catch them to feed them. It'll be fine.
