What is a good powerhead to build a current in the water and get the crap off the sandy bottoms? I currently have a Penquin 1100 running and it doesn't pick up all the crap down there. Any recomanded powerhead to do the job? My tank is a 180 (6x2x2)
Thanks

not a good idea to have HOB filter with sand. You need a canister filter, unless your intake on the HOB is not that close to the sand. A undergravel system would work.

PYTHON!!!!;)

you can use powerheads to blow it around.. and you might get lucky and yer hob will get some of it... cleaning is the only way to get it all though

i have like 4 power head aqua clear 802 make me an offer
