Crappie Question

As the title says, I'm wondering a few things about crappie. I have a 125 that I plan to stock with sunfish and I'd like to add a black crappie. Would the crappie be compatible with sunnies? Also, what is the average size of a black crappie in an aquarium? I go fishing a lot, so I know they can grow pretty big, but what is an honest size they reach in the aquarium?

The black crappie gets to about 10-14 inches and the world record is 4 pounds, ive never kept one to maturity, but IMHO at least a 150-200 gal tank would be in order.

I had an awesome black crappie for a while. It was killed by my redbreast sunfish.

10-14 inches is pretty big in a 125. I think a 180 would be fit for one with the extra width. Is size your only reasoning?

I had two Black Crappie with sunfish for 4 years. I got them when the were 3 inches. When I recently lost my entire 180 to a person taking care of my fish while I was on vacation dumped in around 200 minnows without quarantine. But anyways,one was 8 1/2 and the other 9 inches.
