got a few questions bout one of the tetra starter kits out here in cali (out here for work). Can the lighting that comes with these kits support low light plants? and i bought a crayfish its dark nearly black with orange around its joints, will this destroy plants or be ok?

would be like java moss, java fern and anachris nothing real pricy or special

In my experience when I have crays in with plants they eat them or cut them off and they float to the surface. You might get lucky as has been stated. If you son't mind possibly losing some plants them give it a go!

i put in some anachris, the crayfish is fine but my clown loaches seem to uproot them owell

The crayfish/clown loach mix my need to be watched carefully. I have had crayfish in the past mess w/ plants, and others totally ignore them. So trying to find a definate answer would be tough.
