Today I put a driftwood in my tank & my crayfish keeps chewing on it, tearing little pieces out.. First, it damaged my filter wire, now this... Is this normal? Hopefully it doesn't tear the driftwood apart.. :(
Btw, I feed it everyday..
& is it safe to put the crayfish together with my arowana & clown fish(both are still small)? I saw the crayfish kill a feeder fish just now so I'm just worried..
Please advise.. thx.

the cray might kil them depending on size/species/sex/personality of the individual cray or they might eat the cray after it has shed, really its just trial and error id advise against it but it might work.

I don't think ta 65 gal divided in 2 is enough room for any of them (sorry, just my opinion). And would worry about the cray getting the fish if they're small.
Crays do tear wood, plants, whatever apart looking for tiny peices of food & algae. If you've got wood soft enough that a crayfish is able to get chunks off of you might think about replacing the wood because it sounds too soft anyway.

Thx for all the advice, guys..
I'll probably need to give some of them away once they have all grown.. but I love them all.. :(
