Have often on average does a crayfish moult? Don't know the species I have but just curious to know.

I'm not no-it has moulted already & grown so just wondered how often to expect this

I think it will depend on how much he gets to eat - Iodine helps the molting and calcium supplements help them to regrow their new shell. Oddball told me to use Reef Iodine (Administer at 2-4 drops per 10 gallons per week) and crushed oyster shell. It seems to have worked for my African fan Shrimp - prob. do the same for crayfish..

Crays molt really rapidly when they are little because of the extreme growth rate and slow the molting process as they age.
