i have a white cray in a 30gal tank rite now shes pretty small iv had her about 9months but my 10gallon tank is getting to overwelmed would it work to put the cray in the 10gal then move the 10gal fish to the 30gal?

It should be fine, but what fish do you have in the 10 gallon? One cray in the 10 should be ok, just do more frequent water changes and don't put anything else in with her.

i originally just had a few small tetras a female betta and some kuhuli loachs in my 10gallon but my sister got 2 small gold fish the other day so i put them in ther and they grew pretty quick

^ Not trying to sound rude, but your sisters two goldfish are going to need a larger tank than a 30G...

As for your cray the 10G should be plenty for it... given its alone... in my feeder cray tank i have 2 adult marbles along with a lot of fry and they seem to be doing okay... (not that i recommend doing it)
