Oh cool, you shouldve posted this in the freshwater inverts section for more info.

I do know that they should have a lot of places to hide, preferably rocky, much like an african cichlid setup. I kept one for about 3 months before letting it go into the same lake i got him from ;) , so i dont have much experience.

Perhaps add some more substrate, cause the females like to burrow to make nurseries for their young.

I suggest seperating the eggs and young from the parents or any other crayfish in there, or fish, crayfish are omnivores and will probably eat em.
