Crazy "cracked" look...

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but I'm hoping someone can help. My Clown Knife (about 4 inches) looks like its losing all its "silver" color and spots and appears to be "cracking". I know that's not the best description for this, so I'm attaching a pic as well.

It's in a tank with another knife (about 6"), an Oscar (about 4"), another cichlid (Green Texas, about 3") and a pleco (about 4").

Water seems to be fine. Normal ph, ammonia and nitrates and holding at about 80 degrees.

Any thoughts?

looks like it got beating up very badly, better to move it to another tank by itself and make sure the water condition is good and clean, add stress coat would help a little

Here's a slightly better pic (it's hard to catch him still - he's a fast little bugger!).

I'm in the process of prepping a new tank for the knives, so hopefully this will clear up.

looks like it's getting beaten up to me too and i'd suggest seperation from the tank mates, let him recover and rehome.
