My favorite google add was found on a news web page. Google has programs that look at what you are viewing and choose an add to display that matches the topic.

The news story I was reading was about a school district in TX that was faced with massive $$ problems and laying off teachers in the middle of November, putting 35-40 kids in a classroom, asking teachers to take furlough days, and keeping the heat off until Christmas etc.... It was not a good news story.

The Google adds on the page were all for assorted on line schools to help people get their teaching certificates/ degrees and become teachers and telling how great it was to be a teacher.

yeah its pretty funny how the ads on MFK match what im searching for on the web

Then the program sucks because I have not been looking at anything related to L'Oreal men Expert brush in hair dye. The wife keeps on at me about dying my grey patches to wind me up though.
Nor have I been searching for consolodation loans to help with my massive debt of about £40 on the credit card from filling up my car.

If i remember correctly google just throws ad's related to the site and/or by area...

For example, if its a fashion website you'll most likely see lots of ad's for clothing, fashion etc... if its a website for TV's, then they'll most probably throw on a lot of Ad's to do with electronics...

Although, if for example MFK didn't actually like or agree with the ad's they can send in a request to have them removed from their site... since when i was still working with a fashion website we used to get a lot of ad's for fake shoe sites which we had google remove for us which never showed up again...
