i was giving him a 60% water change.. and he was freaking out and he almost jumped out i had to close the lid.. to pump out the water.. i couldnt even get the tube out without him freaking out :screwy:
anyways.. i tried.. feeding him.. blood worms.. = no good
crickets = no good i even tried.. feeder fish he didnt want them lol
frozen brine shrimp = yes
pellets = yes
 
y did u have to do a 60% change if u don't mind me askin? i don't recommand big water change like that. 40% is as much water as i would change the most at once. i usually only do a 20% every week and even that sometimes freak my fishes out.
 
sounds like he is a small jar by what your feeding him. smaller jars are usually more skittish and get jumpy when they are younger.

because i've been lazy and forgot to change the water for a couple weeks
so i did one huge change and.. remind.. me never to put rocks into the new tank
 
once a week i do a water change and then i have to put up with a sulking jardini till the next morning :ROFL:
