Crazy Kuhli Loach

Since my last thread of catching a kuhli loach, my Black Kuhli loach has been super spastic!! For the last 4-5 days its been swimming in loops against the glass once the light turns off. Nothing is chasing it.... it's just swimming in cirlces! Any ideas or is my little guy crazy?
