  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i fed a baby mouse to my hedgehog once. only did it cause a friend wanted to see if it was true that hedgehogs would eat mice, and he paid for it.
my hedgehog ate it pretty much like the pieces of chicken i give him as treats from time to time.

ok updat on evil mice

still only eating the heads of insects and still no mouse food
:(

and geuss what. the damned male killed and ate parts of the female :WHOA: talk about evil

now i have to go get a female for them to breed
damn

well firstly i am diapointed in you because mice are not natrual diet for fish and feeding them is cruel. i dont mind feeding them to snales(although i never owned one.) buti will tell u the following. they love cricket and they are smart and realise dead crickets cant be kept as long as grains. when crickets are all used up they will eat grains. are you sure there mice? 10 gallon is not large enough for mice. at least a 30 gallon. main reason is because when they breed less space. read stuff on the internet about mice. u need to handle them every day/every 2 days for at leats 10 mins to keep them tame. fresh grains every3 days. they will stash grains leve them be and even though there is a stash add a large quantity at all times.

One time I bought a feeder mouse (can't even remember what it was for). Anyway I used to keep a pet rat, in a tall wire cage with ladders/ramps etc. Well anyway the mouse got loose and goes running across the room and across the top of the rat cage. Bad move. Rat was NOT COOL with this...grabbed mr. mouse through the cage, yanked him in, and...yes, ate him. It was gross.

But anyway, when they run out of buggies they should start eating regular stuff...

Can you post a picture of the way they are being housed?

Stress is the #1 reason that mice tend to do things like what you've described. That is probably related to how they are being housed. Post a pic.
