I was at a very large aquaria depot, and they had s**t loads of tanks.
down on isle they had, 16 3 ft tanks and the other wall another 16 tanks and at the end they had 3 9ft tanks and they had from isle A - L so thats a lot of tanks.
Any way, in TWO of the 9 ft tanks they were jamed packed full of neon tetras, now for me that was crazy i don't know about you guys but i thought you may like to know. Heres is a pic of half of one of the tanks. enjoy :D

Damn thats alot of neons, but i think they could use like 1 or 2 more. Neons are a schooling fish

this is why you could retire if you cracked a way to breed neons and cardinals at home! they sell more neons than anything else.

incidentally this is my lfs with over 500 tanks

They are not that hard to breed, the reason they sell so many is they are beautiful and small and cheap.

Thats pretty cool, even crazy, neons do look nice in huge groups in a tank! =) Looks like a cool place though.

tell me the secret! my lfs alone would pay me 15p per fish but all the info ive found for productive breeding includes amphetamines and i cant get involved in all that malarky.. i would turn this fish room in to a neon breeding ground if i could crack it
