crazy oscar???

I have an Oscar in a 110 gallon tank, his tank mate is a pleco that likes to only come out at night. During the day my Oscar likes to attack the glass and try to lip lock the glass. I was wondering if anyone else has a lone Oscar tank and their Oscar does the same thing or did I just get an Oscar with a few screws loose????

I have a Oscar in my 125 with a Bocourti, Green Terror and Blood Parrot. He is pretty laid back and not aggressive at all.

Can you move your lighting around? He is probably seeing his reflection on the inside glass.

that's what I was thinking too. Can't move my lighting. He lives in a planted tank so light is needed for the growth of the plants. I think it is kind of funny and if it entertains him let him go at it.

its a cichlid you will have that. my dovii carries my weighted plants from one side of the tank to the other. just picks them up and drops them for something to do.
