Who ever that is he is a good driver, but i was hoping that someone would of taken him out for driving like a tard.

from what i recall is....... they are only 50cc's this is why you don't have to have a motorcycle license to drive. But at the speeds he is doing and being able to pick up the front end etc. i would say he pimped out his lil scooter big time.
