Strange... But not unheard of. They can be tolerable to a certain point, but I would never venture to say 'tame'. It's wild animal, probably just views the humans as other crocs, they put up with each other, but are still ready to rip limbs off.

It is not like a dog, if they hand put their hand in it's mouth while it was open they'd be whacking it off with a broom.
A pet dog wouldn't do that.
