Crazy weird worms coming out of GSPs chests!

Have you ever seen these parasites before?
I sear to GAWD their GROSS!
and quick too! I rescued 17 GSP yesterday and as soon as i hit em with the General Cure about 1/2 of them had these black thread lookin things poppin out of their chest areas.
These are the best pics I could get, besause as soon as i grabbed my cell, most were gone. i think thy fell off or went back in (SHUDDER) but i couldnt tell if they were part of the debrie from Walmarts tank water.

what are your plans with all these puffers that you rescue?

The sad fact is that if you buy 17 puffers from Walmart, they will immediately order more because they sold them all. If you left them all to die Walmart would stop selling puffers. Yes I know the logic is brutal, but accurate.

I agree with the above about selling out = ordering more...

Sadly thats how business works, if a product is popular and moving fast, they will try and order more ASAP... If on the otherhand the product sits there for ages, they will start to rethink if they are worth bringing in...

As i've often said, i applaud your vigilance, but maybe focus on rescuing puffers from other keepers rather than from stores... coz you are in essence giving them the go ahead to bring more in by buying them all out...
