Doesnt look too photo shopped to me, the pacu on the right side under the light would have to have been very well photo shopped as it has a very accurate shadow, the one on the left looks a little strange though.

Hoping like everyone else that this is photo shopped but I also wouldn't be too surprised if it wasn't. Working in the Bronx as a Cablevision Tech you see some weird stuff and I once came across an elderly woman with a 2 foot or very close Pacu in a 55.
