Surgical masks don't even really help.

At some point in the day, you're going to touch your arms, face, ears, rub your eyes, etc.
If you get swine flu, you get swine flu.

i have the best a cheapest method.i walked around with both of my hands covering my mouth and nose. it was well worth it. im swine free.
