I dont have a floor drain that I can run the water from my tank after the water is topped off. I am trying to come up with a alternative all I can think of is getting couple 40 gallon drums and once they fill up have a pump set up for them to drain out the window.

So Basically what do you do with no floor drain when setting up a drip or auto top off system.

Could always just run a pipe through the wall to the outside. Other than that, having a large container that will catch it is another option, but a bit riskier one.

Run through the walls outside or find a drain near you.

I use one of these saddle clamps. Works well. You install it under a sink, above the water line and it just continuously drains into your sewer system. I put a red arrow on the image below to show where you install it. Pretty easy/cheap and hassle free. 1363760
