I ordered something from www.thatpetplace.com and it says my orders on Credit hold??? can anyone explain this to me please? i dont understand.

Either their system is down so they're not able to verify the cc or the cc issuer system is down. On the other hand, the CC issuer might have a protection system in place to fight fraud.
I wouldn't worry about it if your credit is in good standing and not a victim of identity thief. But if you are worried, I'd contact the CC issuer to find out what is going on.

i paid with debit. i ordered it yesterday i just dont understand why it didnt go through and charge me yet it sucks im worried that something will happen that i wont get my gift.
I would advised you to call them up to find out if there is an issue with processing your order. Awhile back, I ordered from BigAlsonline and those idiots dropped my entire order just because a few items I requested were out of stock. I waited 4 days then call to find this out that they never process the remaining items on the order. I was pretty peeved that they did not call me to notify me that they dropped my entire order due to a few items being out of stock.
well order placed on 11/3/07 but usaully id get charged right away idk maybe its how they work anyone bought from them before? thanks for the replies
I would call them and make sure your order went through as a debit card. It is possible that you incorrectly clicked credit card and gave them your debit account info. In this case, they would have trouble processing as a credit card and it the order would be placed on hold.
thanks i called and it appeared that i entered a number wrong, now my order is "awaiting shipment" idk what tht means lol first time online shopper.
