Cren. Marmorata from Jeff

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a group from his current batch (I'll try to find a picture, but they are not in adult coloration yet). My understanding is that maramorata patterns/colors are extremely variable, based on collection location.

They vary largely from each region Here is one that I have that is around 9" (SL) female. Mine is from the Trombetas region. She has not went through her adult color change yet. I would really love to find some from the Tapajos Region.
Rapps are from the Xingu region. I have been wanting to see some of his before I purchased them myself.
So pics please Fish Speaker
Here is a couple of pics of mine. Sorry about quality.

I forgot to add that the one from the site that you linked is I believe from the Tapajos Region. The ones pictured on Jeffs site are what the variant from the Xingu region resembles but cetain variants can vary in color within that region just from food and other variables.

Got mine from Atlantis Tropical Fish Hatchery in New Jersey. The lfs that I deal
with in St. Louis ordered it for me with one of his orders.

shes lookin good shadow

Shadow...she's looking great man!! I hope that she does turn into the variant that we were talking about!! That would be AWESOME!! Only a few more months eh? :D

Thanks P, I am hoping she will go through her adult color change soon. I guess we will see what variant she turns out to be then, I am hoping it is the one that we talked about. How ever she turns
out I am very happy with her. Still kick myself for not buying more than one though.
