Can anyone give me some information on this fish. I was doing some research on it and everything is very varied. The size ranges anywhere from fishbase which states 19.5 cm or a little over 7 inches and other sites claiming up to 14-18 inches. Thanks

It's definetely the 14-18 inches. They're some of the largest growing pikes lugubris pikes. I love the stripping on those guys.

def ft+ range. if you want a partner get some more and let them grow together. for that matter if you want ANY other fish in there, get them now while its small and tolerant. Get a Nice wood piece for it to chill under sometimes. It will dig when it gets about 6". Feed a variety of foods and wc accordingly, it will grow fast. Not at all skitish once it's used to being fed and seeing its owner or becomes dominant fish.
