Crenicichla lugubris ????

These are being sold at LFS as 'Crenicichla lugubris'. They are about 4 inches long. Does anyone have any other ideas what they might be? Thanks.

Definitely not lugubris family. Lugubris pikes have spots and stripes under 6". Also the head looks too narrow.

The pictures you posted looks similar to Crenicichla sp. Inirida III

Thank you. Crenicichla sp. Inirida III does look like what they might be for sure!
