I am planning to get a pair of crenicichla saxatilis imported from singapore as they are not available ever in India.Well they are available in 3 in size , so it would be great if you can tell me how to sex them so that I can tell the same to my importer while choosing the fishes.
Also, I have a vacant 3 feet x 1.5 ft x 1.54 feet tank empty which I plan for them. But since their conspecific aggression is so high I am a little skeptic about it. What do you suggest. Should I get 2 of them and put a glass barrier to separate them.
Or should I keep 1 in the 3 footer and the other one in the other 3 footer I have by its side . It has 6 wild peruvian scalares ..
