LOL.. sick as in disease? LOL... He's been like that for the past ...oh... close to 5 yrs now and he's still ticking. Yea, a lot of controversy about this pike that it's a disease or cancer? presumably so. But it swims, eats, is active, and very personable. No sign or any indication that it's about to croak.

It's an awesome addition though. It's definitely a keeper. Have you been able to find any other piebalds?

i've had this guy for sometime now I heard there was one in No.Cal at a LFS and they were asking like close to $500
