I learn the hard way about friction causing heat due to a Bottle Neck and elbows in my 1 inch line system , My tank say at 90F 24/7.
Ounce I remove most all elbows and bottle neck temp drop to 84F , Now my next move is to flood my intake an remove my second line , I'm going to add 1-1/2 inch line to the intake an just run my filters an 1 return my temp I hope will drop down to 80F I hope.
