Crickets for cichla??? anyone ever fed them

Hey all just curious have any of you cichla champions fed your cichla crickets? Just wondering. any feedback is appreciated. No I havent fed mine any.

i feed my arowana crickets but my p.bass will just look at them

ill be making a threat on how to breed crickets 2morrow so if you like to know come look at my threat

I heard about somebody feeding their cichla crickets that they would gut load with cichlid pellets.

I've fed them to other cichlids but honestly I don't think that the are worth the extra nitrates. They are messy and don't have as much nutrition as earthworms. EWs are a pretty good live food to offer. It's is fun to watch my umbee hit the top of the water striking at crickets though!
