Well, since no one else is chiming in...
overall it's a nice pic. My first reaction is that it feels a hair underexposed, but I can't decide on that for sure.
As much as I like the detail you captured in the wing, it throws me off that the head and eye are out of focus. I generally try to ensure the eye is in focus first, then worry about everything else. Maybe use a slightly larger f stop to keep the wings in focus but pull the rest of the body in as well?

I don't know anything about your camera, but if it doesn't give you the ability to make fine tune adjustments, I'd try to focus more on the head and hope for the best.

Yup, DOF is pretty low at f3.2.

Try to focus the eyes as Mike says and bump down the aperture to around f11 -f16 if possible.

interesting subject! maybe pull back just a bit to so that the we see the entire wing and then some. otherwise, i agree with the good advice given.
