croc skink

T. gracilis eh?

Well, they hide all the time, they only come out during dusk and dawn, they are primarily grub eaters. Some will eat crickets, but a lot of them seem to prefer mealworms, butterworms, waxworms et cetera. The hatchlings are difficult to keep alive in captivity, and captive-bred Croc Skinks are undervalued on the reptile market.

They prefer room temperature below 80ish F and high humidity of 80%-100%. I had a good site, but it doesn't seem to work anymore...

Edit: It seems to be working now: http://www.tribolonotus.com/

These guys are awesome looking but the fact that they hide all the time disappoints me. I've always wanted to get a pair of these skinks for a breeding project.

Actually, they are pretty hardy. :p

It's the first three months of their life is not so hardy... but that's a given with any lizard offspring.
