Maybe the Marine Center? http://www.marinecenter.com/ There are some snake eels found in the Caribbean as well.

The spieces in the first pic is wicked. I assume thats the crocodile one. Very nice. A little off topic but I read this thread beacuse I thought it may be the same spieces of fish that was in the last photo of the month contest. It was eating a mouse I'ld never seen it before but would like to know what it was if anyone happens to know.
