i've been looking through a lot of "show off your tank" posts, and have noticed numerous tanks with their heaters placed in 45 degree angles. is their some reason for this, or do you fish just hit it into this way. just a question out of curiosity...

I guess they don't care and just let it settle down? Or maybe the heater is taller than the tank, so they slant it.
