Cross breeding Marble Motoro.

What dictates what comes out for pups. Male or female. Example: Crossing a M/F Marble with a regular M/F. What combination would produce marble pups?

The answer is the strongest genes, this is down to mother nature...there is no straight answer.

From all the hybrid rays I've seen, it seems to me as if there are no dominant or recessive pattern genes, other than the usual albinoism, leucisticism, etc.. Most hybrids look either like a mix of both species or look completely different from both parents. Even the half marbled rays dont have as nice of a pattern as their marbled parent.

I guess if it doen't matter then I will grab a female and hope for the best in the dominant gene department!! LOL
