Cross River Puffer, anyone know a Distributor who may be abled to get them?

Planning on doing a 125-180 down the road for one. Probly after my next tax return. Going to do either a Fahaka or Cross River. Would rather do a Cross River, but if I can't find a way to get one will probly go Fahaka. Can't loose either way, but I love those red spots. Anyone ever order one or know a retailer/distributor/LFS that has had them in the past?

I remember some kid selling one on here for around $400 maybe half year ago in Arizona?

Might want to run a search for CRP... From what I've read these fish are super rare.. and only a handful are in the United States.

I contacted him about 2 months ago or so, he said it was still for sale, and still at $400, I then sent him another message telling him I wanted to buy it and never heard back. I want it for my Puffer collection.
 
Good luck finding one of these guys, extremely rare in the hobby. If I saw one for $400 I would crap a golden brick, that is incredibly low priced. Only place I saw that has them in a place in Germany.

Above is the original ad. In comparison to CRP photos on the web, its not the cleanest specimen. We debated back and forth as to whether or not it was some form of oddball fahaka. Regardless, some people think CRP are just oddballs anyways.

Go big and get a MBU, coolest fish around.
