Crossing fh strains.

What are your thoughts on crossing fh strains. Like srd x kingk or thai silk x zz fader? Is it good or bad for the hobby. I as because I was thinking of crossing my rd zz fader with a blue diamond kamfa.

people do it all the time....sort of how we get new and current strains, xcept some people just mix and match, while others have spent quite a bit of time really creating the high quality ones we see today.

I'm all for trying out new hybrids, after all if you are a good hobbiest ( and we assume so) then you wont release any aquarium kept fish in to local bodies of water if anything you can use the fry for feeder, not sure if thats frowned upon or not... but i would love to see what you come out with

using fry for feeders is definitely not frowned on...culling is a good way to rid of fish that you don't intend on keeping as a breeder. Heck, some will straight up kill them as their culling method, and others sell em. Of course like you said, not throwing them into your local water systems is probably a good idea. =D
