Algae is good for a tank! Helps clean the water, food for fish... makes it more of a natural system and gives it more of an earthy feel.

Nice Fish! What size tank is that?

I had a big peice of drift wood. I took it out for more swimming room. its a 180 tank with a 12 inch oscar 14 inch pbadd 20 inch red tailed cat 18 inch florida gar 14 inch ID shark and 12 inch pleco.

Algea in moderation could be good. This is taking over. So no light for a week and 2 30% water changes this week.

yea haha thats just the tank ! I shut down my 125 Reef tank and made a little 20 gallon reef for my gf. Her appartment gets to hot and I didnt want to buy a chiller for the tank so we moved it to my place. lol. Also on my fresh tank ive sold that light buying a 6 ft led, with the moon light setting also and putting some plexiglass over so I can get an arowana
