So from my understanding

RO/DI water = almost 0 minerals, 0 kh & gh

Crushed corals = rises Ph and provide some trace elements (some sort of mineral buffers i suppose?)

Ketapamg leaves = leaches tannin and decreases Ph.

What do we get if we mix ketapang leaves and crushed corals together in RO water?. Is this a good or bad idea?

I want to make my RO water has some minerals, and ph around 6.5

From what i understand, if your water is acidic, it will just dissolve the coral at a greater rate. So im thinking the coral will just continue to buffer the water and negate any acidity you may have introduced, keeping it alkaline.

That make sense.
