WE HAVE FREE SWIMMING FRY!!!!
After 5 unsuccessful spawns (only two made it to free swimming and even then it was <10 fry that died within a day) I've finally gotten a spawn out of them where not only did they make it to free swimming, but there is also a substantial number of fry. At the very least, if this spawn fails again, the pair is close enough and happy enough to where they're spawning like clockwork within two weeks of losing the last spawn.

Whooooo!

These fish looks good! Hopefully you can allow them to be more common in the hobby.
I hope so too. I'd like to get a good colony going for myself first, though. Then I can start pumping them out to people lol

Day 2 and they're still alive, but something seems wrong, they swim like they can't stay buoyant, with their tails down
Sometimes they hit the ground and fall over before trying to swim back up

Fry require very good water quality so do many much more water changes and keep an eye on those parameters! The bouncing may just be from them not yet having a swim bladder also keep the tank shallow
A good food to feed is live baby brine shrimp
If I were You I would take them and separate them so I could take care easier
(I know this because I raised either 13-10 fancy goldfish fry like this way in a 5.5g but I didn’t use brine shrimp I learned that from a YouTube breeder I did water changes every other day or sometimes every day! You have to feed them alot and always make sure there is food. Good lighting is important for color sadly those babies grew big 3inches and a random disease struck and killed them in a day I only gave a little bit of blood worms and I took out the leftovers, they died the same day those babies were juan bao and Thai oranda hybrids. I did have a batch 2 from different goldfish an eggfish goldfish and a crown pearlscale and I had 50+ hatch but I had a parasite problem which killed 49 of them and I do have 1 baby who’s 3-4 inches and growing
Sorry for the long response lol
Please note this was for fancy goldfish and it may differ as that is a dif species ( fancy goldfish eat their eggs and babies)

I have spawned 29 species of fish. I know what I'm doing. The fry are fine now by the way, they were just developing kinda slow.

Fry have almost tripled in size, these things grow a lot faster than I thought. There's only about 20 left but they seem to be doing good. The pair split up though. Just dad raising them now.
